Results are announced on the website and feedback is returned the next month. Contestants will be notified if there are any delays. (Example: April contest results are announced by May 31st)

HOW TO ENTER:
-Fill out the Entry Form.
-Select the Entry Fee you prefer and proceed through checkout.
-Email your screenplay to this address:  submissions@scriptsavvy.net

We accept the following file types:
.pdf, .doc, .rtf, and .fdr.

You'll receive a confirmation of your entry via email.

RULES:
-Unproduced, original screenplays only.
-Feature length film scripts (80-140 pages) only.
-Standard industry format.
-Multiple entries require a separate Entry Form for each script and entry fees for each.
-Scoring is based on Writing Essentials, Dialogue, Character, Plot, Originality and Marketability. Winners are chosen from among the highest scoring scripts.
-If you select Feedback or Analysis, those will be returned to you via email the following month of your contest.
-Results are announced by the end of the following month.
-Substitutions are not allowed after your script is submitted.
-Resubmitting a script from a previous Script Savvy contest IS allowed, but does not guarantee better/different results.  No more than 2 resubs of a particular script are allowed.
-Cash awards are split for winning co-authors.
-Winning/Honorable Mention scripts from previous Script Savvy contests cannot be resubmitted.

SCRIPT SAVVY STANDARD RELEASE FORM

The submitted screenplay is the sole property of the applicant(s).

You will hold Script Savvy harmless from and defend them against all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, judgments, liabilities and expenses in connection with any and all claims of third parties based on any stories submitted by you to Script Savvy.

The burden of copywriting or registering your screenplay rests entirely with you.

Contest decisions are final, no guarantee of success has been made, and entry fees are nonrefundable.

Script Savvy is not responsible for the creative decisions or business practices of its sponsors.

Substitutions will not be allowed after your screenplay has been submitted.
